Praise and Worship Music

As a practicing Christian, I know that playing music at church and leading a congregation is a wonderful way to serve community. Music at church brings prayer, liturgy and God’s word together. As Saint Augustine said, “To sing is to pray twice”.

As a professional piano player my focus is on teaching, but I have played in school bands, rock bands and solo work such as weddings. My most joyful experience was playing piano at the church for my sister’s wedding.

I am delighted that 5 of my current piano students are learning praise and worship music with me. They have a lot of satisfaction integrating this style of music into their piano studies.
